iVEDA
Here is an SOP structure for managing EPCIS related errors and exceptions in the context of India’s iVEDA serialization requirements. ensuring robust regulatory compliance, uninterrupted supply chain operations, and audit readiness.
iVEDA
1.Implement automated systems to monitor all EPCIS data exchanges between internal platforms and the iVEDA portal.
2. Before submitting to iVEDA, validate EPCIS files for completeness, format compliance, correct digital signature, and parent-child aggregation integrity.
3. Log every EPCIS event (commissioning, aggregation, shipping, etc.) with timestamp and contextual metadata.
4. Regularly update validation logic and error-handling scripts to adapt to regulatory changes or iVEDA API updates.
5. Notify responsible teams—IT, quality, regulatory, and export departments—immediately upon detection of critical errors or exceptions
